Product and order information

We aim to describe Manna Hydration products faithfully, while packaging or colors may appear different on a screen. Sending an order is an offer to purchase. Inventory, address, payment, security, pricing, technical, or policy issues may require an order to be limited or declined. The checkout shows current prices, tax, shipping charges, and currency.

Delivery and after-purchase care

Delivery timing is an estimate. Our Refund Policy addresses eligible defective and non-defective returns and exchanges: request within 30 days after delivery, obtain approval and a confirmed return address before mailing, then use the free prepaid label included in the package. No restocking fee applies. An approved refund is processed and initiated to the original payment method within 10 days; posting may take longer.
